Welcome to Your Mountain Retreat in Mount Washington Valley!

The condo was lovely! Perfect size for our group, with new, thoughtful finishes throughout that made our stay very comfortable. The couch was great for lounging and being right next to the kitchen made it easy to hang out as a group. We also absolutely loved the location, relatively quiet streets to walk the dog and walking distance to The Local Grocer down the hill for coffee, pastries, and sandwiches! Not to mention a short drive to all that North Conway and the MWV has to offer. We’ll definitely be back!

Matt’s place was extremely comfortable and nicely updated. It is clear that the hosts put thought into the recent renovation. The hosts were responsive. What a wonderful stay! Thank you!

My friends and I loved and highly recommend Matt’s place. It’s a big group of us so sometimes it’s hard to find a place that can fit all of us but this was perfect. The place was clean and modern. Matt’s check in and out instructions were clear and Matt was always quick to respond with any questions. One of the bathroom’s wallpaper was one of our favorite things about the place!

The condo was in a great location and was comfortable with beautiful views and a great layout. Hosts were responsive and provided all necessary amenities. Highly recommend!

This is a wonderful condo, 5 minutes from the heart of North Conway, NH. Very nice updates, beautiful views of the mountains, comfortable beds and couch. This is the cleanest air b n b we have ever stayed in also!

The condo was BEAUTIFUL! The place was very well decorated and the living room sectional was a nice place to end the day to relax comfortably (loved all the extra throw blankets). The bedding was so comfy as well as the towels provided. Matts place made you feel right at home and was stocked with some snacks, blow dryers, q-tips, coffee, laundry detergent and more. The condo was extremely clean! We stayed during the snow storm and they were very accommodating. I loved being so close to town and cranmore but still feeling secluded/private. If we had any questions, Matt is responsive (within minutes). Thanks for the beautiful place and if we make it back to New Hampshire we will for sure book Matt’s place again!

We had a wonderful stay at this fully renovated three bedroom condo and shared the space comfortably with another family of four (eight of us total) The layout was perfect for two families and each room was thoughtfully decorated and very comfortable. The beds were especially comfortable and the condo had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time away.The location was excellent and close to everything we did that weekend. Restaurants, shopping, Zeb’s General Store, an indoor water park, and Cranmore were all just minutes away. Skiing and Mountain Adventures, especially the Mt Coaster at Cranmore was a 10 out of 10. The host was very communicative and helpful throughout our stay. We would absolutely love to come back and would highly recommend this place.

Matt and Samantha were fantastic hosts. Matt was timely and clear about booking, check-in, and check-out. The house was as lovely as pictured. They’ve done a great job in their renovation and have paid careful attention to details. Extras were everywhere, from board games for the kids to coffee pods, toasters, and a few extra snacks that made us feel right at home. The condo is in a perfect location if you’re skiing and skating near Conway or visiting Storyland. Our kids had a great time in the ski program at Attitash and especially loved skating at Nestlenook Farm.

Great place for a ski vacation. Cranmore is minutes away. A good coffee place at the bottom of hill. The wifi is strong, heat works well and the kitchen is very well stocked. There is a wood stove in pictures but they ask guests not to use it. Everyone commented on how cute the skier wall paper is in the bathroom- the kids really got a kick out of it. The place was clean enough that I felt fine doing yoga on the floor and we used the dryer for snow pants after sledding in the rain. The backyard has a good hill for sledding. The condo is located on the second floor so we had to keep reminding our energetic kids to not run or bounce. We enjoyed the provided checkers, chess and uno around the coffee table. Super soft towels for everyone. They were fully stocked with products in shower, k-cups, kleenex, and paper towels and pods for dishwasher. Our pup liked the hiking trails nearby (we snowshoed) and we brought a towel to wipe off her paws. They have thought of everything! A great stay.
